Mr. Goldner brings extensive experience to Versus Systems, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Intralot do Brazil, a publicly-listed global leader in the gaming sector, and Chief Executive Officer of Trust Impressores, a subsidiary of Oberthur Group, a leader in high-security printing, specializing in the production of banknotes, security paper, credit cards, secured documents and their associated services. Mr. Goldner also served as Chief Operating Officer and as a Member of the Board of Directors of ICARO Media Group, Inc., a provider of AI-powered media technology for telecommunications and media broadcast companies. With over 16 years in executive management experience in the private and public sectors, Mr. Goldner was instrumental in establishing Smart Card technology in Brazil and growing Intralot do Brazil into one of the country’s leading lottery operators.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Deller was President and Chief Investment Officer of Orinoco Capital, LLC a Multi-Family Office investment company. He has served as interim COO of an entertainment content and creation company, as well as on the board of advisors and prior to that was CFO and Co-COO of a privately held global consumer products company, in the oral care category. Mr. Deller has been in the Investment Banking industry for 21 years, with over 15 years in the United States and more than 5 years in the United Kingdom, bringing this financial expertise to Versus Systems.

Alex Peachey joined our company as Chief Technology Officer in May 2016. Mr. Peachey leads the architecture efforts for our Elixir-based Winfinite challenge platform. Prior to joining us, Mr. Peachey founded Threadbias LLC in January 2011, an online community for people who love to sew and wish to exchange ideas, share projects and join or create groups. He continues to serve as their CEO. From February 2012 to May 2016, Mr. Peachey served the Director of Engineering at Originate, Inc., where he managed a team of software engineers. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Western Washington University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
